LEE & ASSOCIATES COMPLETES SALE TRANSACTION IN EAGLE




Boise, ID – March 17, 2010 – A private investor purchased a 2,289 SF building at 115 N. Ballantyne Lane, in Eagle, Idaho.  Cindy Woyak, of Market Pro, represented the buyer.  Matt Mahoney and Brian Herbert, Principals of Lee & Associates Idaho, represented the seller in the transaction.
